Our practice wishes to inform patients that, within our clinical team at present, all General Practitioners (GPs) are male and all nursing staff are female.
We recognise that the gender of a clinician may be an important consideration for some patients, particularly when discussing sensitive or personal health matters. While we are unable to provide female GPs or male nurses at this time, we remain committed to ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of medical care.
- All of our clinicians are fully qualified, experienced, and dedicated to delivering safe, respectful, and professional healthcare.
- We acknowledge that patient comfort and trust are essential to effective care. If you have concerns regarding clinicians gender, please inform our reception team so that we may provide appropriate support and guidance.
- We continue to review our staffing arrangements and recruitment processes to ensure that our practice reflects the diverse needs of the community we serve.
At present, it is not practicable to hire additional staff. Should you feel you need ongoing support from female GPs or male nurses, you may wish to register with another practice in the area. Should you need appropriate support and guidance on this, please contact the practice team.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your health and wellbeing remain our foremost priority.
