Any comments made by patients are welcomed and are looked upon as an opportunity to learn, adapt, improve and provide better services.
While we aim to provide a high quality service at all times, we recognise that there may be occasions when your expectations are not realised. The practice aims to ensure that its complaints procedure is properly and effectively implemented and that patients feel confident that their complaints and worries are listened to and acted upon promptly and fairly.
You can make your complaint in person, by phone, by e-mail (email@example.com) or in writing to the Practice Manager (Ciara McGowan) at the address below. We have a two-stage complaints procedure. We will always try to deal with your complaint quickly, but if it is clear that the matter will need a detailed investigation, we will tell you and keep you updated on our progress.
